Construction of section DC403
The project “Construction of the DC403 section, from the Škurinje interchange to the Port of Rijeka” involved complex electrical installation works and the implementation of advanced security and monitoring systems. Dynamic traffic signals were installed, including SPZ, LED markers, rotating prisms, SVT, ZUR and traffic lights, ensuring efficient traffic management. The fiber optic cable was blown in, including 24.2 km of microtubes, 15.5 km of 96-strand SM microcable and 3.6 km of 96-strand SM fiber optic cable. In the Podmurvice tunnel, an SOS/TPS system, a broadcasting system and a sound system were implemented, and the entire project also included the installation of a remote control and monitoring system, ensuring complete integration and control of the traffic infrastructure.
